How do I know this? Because I have lived it.
At 21, I did a mushroom journey and knew I needed to stay in America. The next day, a woman told me about a job at her organization. I got it. And oh yeah, the visa came free.
I felt called to Washington DC. I got the job at the first place I called.
At a spiritual retreat, I felt — really felt in my body — how much I wanted to do creative work. The next day, I met the man who hired me at one of the most Emmy-nominated media companies in the world.
I went out on my own. My first gig was a 7-figure contract with a major media organization — my first major solo production.
I met my spiritual mentor and felt in my bones that I wanted to do what she does. One year later, she asked me to join her. And that's how this work started.

With over twenty years of experience as an Oprah-endorsed multi-disciplinary artist and activist, who has lived through political chaos wilder than this, I can help you unpack the story YOU want to tell. My first film premiered at the IFC Center in New York City, and I have been a fellow at the Sundance Institute and IFC/Gotham.
